I look back at my childhood memories and smile. The times when we gathered and ate at home, to the summer vacation trips and Eid celebration holidays. I believe that our childhood memories play a big part of forming our personality and character. A childhood memory can be a powerful influence on a person’s life, and that influence can last a lifetime. Depending on our nationality and background, every one of us has a dish that will bring back our good childhood memories and will place a smile on your face.
